Co-founder & Chief Evangelist Officer
One epiphany changed me personally early in my career as a solutions consultant. “The answer isn’t always in the latest tech, it’s in the voices of the people using it. This is personal for them, it should be for me as well.” This has led me to champion a human-centric approach, hunting for impactful insights, paving the way for experiences that truly resonate.
For over two decades, I’ve tried to be a guiding force in the enterprise software world, navigating the diverse landscapes of Observability, CRM, and Customer Experience (CX). I’ve led both international product, presales and marketing teams at industry giants and nimble startups, helping companies of all sizes – from established players to scrappy underdogs – chart their path to CX success. The thrill of watching a company transform with the right tech never gets old.
Throughout my journey, I have witnessed the transformative power of listening. I believe that elevating each voice, be it from a seasoned CEO or a frontline customer service rep, unlocks the secrets to best-of-market CX. My expertise in change management, ITSM, and DevOps has given him a deep understanding of the technical complexities, while my focus on customer interactions and sales has honed my intuition for human needs.
This holistic perspective is the driving force behind my co-founding truCX. We’ve envisioned a platform that empowers every CX stakeholder – the business, IT, agents and executives. By harnessing the collective knowledge and aspirations of each, truCX aims to orchestrate a symphony of success.
I’m not just a CX veteran, I’m an architect of collaboration. We’re not just selling software but building bridges of understanding. We’re not just listening to voices, but amplifying them to create a chorus of CX harmony.
Founder & CEO
I am a “BUILDER” – an individual who turns ideas into reality. Over the past 26+ years, my focus has been on fostering the growth of technology companies. Engaging in every facet of a company’s life cycle, from marketing and management to sales, financing, and often playing a pivotal role as the founder.
My passion lies in understanding the intersection of human interactions with technology – exploring its emotional impact, integration into our lives, and the synergy between humanity and technology. I am intrigued by how human emotions influence the adoption rate and effectiveness of technical solutions. In essence, my forte lies in identifying promising technology concepts and transforming them into profitable ventures.
My expertise has evolved through a combination of strategic problem-solving and technical proficiency. The synergy of my strategic vision and operational skills has been instrumental in propelling numerous companies to success, establishing robust connections in both domestic and international markets. In 2009, I earned recognition on the Philadelphia Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 list. I hold a Marketing degree from Thomas Edison State University.
